now change blande mode add slight radiance. now while your frame is selected. selections  all- float- defloat- expand by 2 add a new raster layer. flood fill color of choice. i used white. selections- none. drag below frame layer. add noise. then a slight drop shadow and merge all together.

Now it's time for your elemenets i used the bike, crates, high heel, skull purse, bad girl bottle, skull in flames, frame 3, city scene and paper 3. resize down where you want. place where you want or use my tag as a guide. grabbing your main tube, place where you want resize if you need too., i added radiance, drop shadow and placed off to the side of my tag.

Now add your mask, copyrights, add your name and save as a png and  you’re done!
