This tutorial was written in PSP 9 and can be used with any other version. I assume that you have a working knowledge of PSP.

"Delete" on your keyboard under Insert.
"C/P" copy and paste as new layer
"D/P" drop shadow
"R/S" resize layer

*Easy- working with layers*
Open 600x600 canvas size. open 3 papers of choice
R/S all papers down to 50%, Selecting first paper
C/P, then Image- rotate- free rotate settings
left checked, free checked, at 60%
Select your second paper C/P onto your canvas
leave this layer how it is. Now select your 3rd paper
C/P onto your canvas, free rotate settings:
right checked, free checked, at 60%
Now open your tube of choice, place off to the side.
go back an add D/S to your papers. then once you're back to
the 3rd paper. selections- all- float- C/P close up of choice
selections- invert- delete. change hue/saturation to black and white
now change your blend mode to luminance (L).
Now it's time to add your elements. i used
elements: 2, 10, 11, 18, 17, 19, 21, 22, 23,
13, 14, 15. papers 1, 2, 3, 5
R/S elements and place where you want
Or use my tag as a guide.
I added RPM - beautifer settings of choice
to the whole tag once you merged it. this is optional
Add your mask, copyrights, your name save as a PNG
You're done!
