This tutorial was written in PSP 9 and can be used with any other version. I assume that you have a working knowledge of PSP.

Tutorial shortcut index:
"Delete" on your keyboard under Insert.
"C/P" copy and paste as new layer.
Remove "O/L" Remove original layer.
"D/P" Drop shadow located in 3D effects.
"R/S" Resize layer located in Image.
New "R/L" Raster layer, in Layers.
"F/F" Flood fill (paint bucket) tool.
"outer glow" Gradient glow from eye candy

Good D/P settings:
0, 0, 57, 6, color black
Good add noise settings:
Uniform- 70-90 % noise monochrome
Random- 10-34% noise monochrome

Open template R/S 90x95%, Images-canvas size 600x600
Remove copyrights
Select raster5, selections- all- float- defloat, paper2 - C/P
selections- invert- delete, select none remove O/L, add outer glow then D/P
Select raster6, selections- all- float- defloat, paper6 -R/S 80% C/P
selections- invert- delete, select none remove O/L, add outer glow then D/P
Add noise to raster7 then apply your drop shadow
Select raster4, selections- all- float- defloat, paper4 -R/S 60% C/P
selections- invert- delete, select none remove O/L, add outer glow then D/P
Select raster8, selections- all- float- defloat, paper3 -R/S 60% C/P
selections- invert- delete, select none remove O/L, add outer glow then D/P
Select raster9, selections- all- float- defloat, paper3 - C/P
selections- invert- delete, select none remove O/L, add outer glow then D/P
Select raster2, selections- all- float- defloat, paper1 -R/S 60% C/P

While your paper layer is still selected, adjust- brightness/contrast
settings: brightness 18, contrast 30, this brightens up the yellow (optional)
Select raster10, selections- all- float- defloat, paper1 - C/P
selections- invert- delete, select none remove O/L, add outer glow then D/P
Apply the same brightness settings on this layer, as above
I also put my tube inside the circle, blend mode screen, then duplicated
and lower opacity down to 60% turning tube black and white
Ging back to brightness contrast on each layer settings: B- 65, C- 30
At the end i decided to just remove raster1 and raster 3
Now it's element time
Elements i used and the resized %
Using this drop shadow: 0, 0, 61, 5, color black
Speakers - 55%
Shoe - 30%
MusicNotes - 50%
Ringpop - 40%
Lips - 40%
Cupake - 30%
Heart - 30%
Headphones - 30%
Skullfly - 30%
Ipod - 25%
Wire - 60%
Beads
Sparkles - 40%
With the beads i croped off the ones you don't want, Effects- disortion effects-
wave settings: on horizontal amp-0, wave- 12, on vertical amp-4, wave, 13
Transparent selected, now click OK - or use your own settings
I then used my change to target brush and using the colors of the kit
recolorized the beads, this is opional
place elements where you want, or use my tag as a guide.
After i merged my tag i added red paw media beautifer plugin
settings: 50, 50, 32, 100, or use settings of choice
Apply your mask- add copyrights, your name save as a PNG
You're done!
