This tutorial was written in PSP 9 and can be used with any other version. I assume that you have a working knowledge of PSP.

Good D/S settings:
0, 0, 57, 6, color black
Good add noise settings:
Uniform- 70-90 % noise monochrome
Random- 10-34% noise monochrome

Open frame3, R/S to 80% - canvas size set to 600x600
C/P tube of choice, place off to the side of your frame, D/S
Select free hand selection - point to point - add (shift)
Clicking on your frame click around your frame until the two points meet
or just click on the inside and modify- expand by your number choice
paper11, R/S to 80%, C/P - selections- invert- delete, select none drag below
While your paper layer is selected, selections-all- float- defloat
open tube of choice. i had R/S the tube i used to 150%, but you choose your own
or a tube with a close up. C/P , selections- invert- delete, select none.
i change the blend mode - overlay at 68% opacity. i also turned tube greyscale
Now it's element time

Using this drop shadow: 0, 0, 61, 5, color black
Flowers2 - 50%
Roses3 - 50%
Flourish1 - 60%
Rose3 - 30%
Featherpen - 50%
Charm2 - 60%
Beads2 - 76%
Pearls1 - 50%
Mask1 - 40%
Key - 25%
Splatter - 60%
Bling - 60%
place elements where you want, or use my tag as a guide.
Apply your mask- add copyrights, your name save as a PNG
