This tutorial was written in PSP 9 and can be used with any other version. I assume that you have a working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies Needed:
Tube of choice/close up
Paid Scrap kit by HappyPumpkinStudio
"Millies Spring Blooms" Purchase at SmileyCreation
Font of choice
Mask
Plugins Optional:
Xero - radiance
Redpaw media - beautifier
Tutorial shortcut index:
"Delete" on your keyboard under Insert.
"C/P" copy and paste as new layer.
Remove "O/L" Remove original layer.
"D/S" Drop shadow located in 3D effects.
"R/S" Resize layer located in Image.
New "R/L" Raster layer, in Layers.
"outer glow" Gradient glow from eye candy

Good D/S settings:
0, 0, 57, 6, color black
Good add noise settings:
Uniform- 70-90 % noise monochrome
Random- 10-34% noise monochrome

Open element5, R/S to 50% canvas size 620x620
Open element20 R/S to 50% C/P onto canvas
Select deform tool and drag the fence down alittle
Sharpen fence layer and apply D/S
Open tube of choice, resize if you need too
C/P onto canvas, place down the bottom near the fence
But above the other two layers
Open element143 R/S to 20% drag to the right hand side
Make sure these flowers are behind your tube layer
Duplicate mirror, apply D/S to both layers
Zoom in using your dodge brush i went over the leaves
Tried to make it lighter to match the ones on her head
Open element156 R/S to 60%, C/P onto canvas
Place behind your tube, tulips, and your fence
I made sure the grass layers were above the flowery frame
Open element152, R/S to 40%, C/P onto canvas
Place behind the other layers but above the frame layer
Open element6 R/S to60% , C/P onto canvas
Drag behind all layers and place it even with the other frame
Using your magic wand erase the parts inside your circle
Duplicate this later and mirror, erasing any bits inside frame you see
I also colorized this flowery frame to a purplish color
Using your selection tool - point to point
Select around your frame once your start and end meet
Open paper6 R/S to 50%, C/P onto canvas Use move tool and drag paper
inside the frame once you find a spot you like, selections-
inver- delete, select none. Make sure you drag below all layers
Now it's element time
Elements i used and the resized %
Using this drop shadow: 0, 0, 31, 6, color black
ELEMENT 58 - 20%
ELEMENT 40 - 20%
ELEMENT 75 - 20%
ELEMENT 33 - 60%
ELEMENT 25 - 25%
ELEMENT 123 - 10%
ELEMENT 170 - 8%
ELEMENT 162 - 10%
ELEMENT 12 - 8%
place elements where you want, or use my tag as a guide.
Apply your mask, copyrights, add your name save as a PNG
I used paper 17 and R/S to 65% for my mask layer
