This tutorial was written in PSP 9 and can be used with any other version. I assume that you have a working knowledge of PSP.

Redpaw media - beautifier
Tutorial shortcut index:
"Delete" on your keyboard under Insert.
"C/P" copy and paste as new layer.
Remove "O/L" Remove original layer.
"D/S" Drop shadow located in 3D effects.
"R/S" Resize layer located in Image.
New "R/L" Raster layer, in Layers.
"outer glow" Gradient glow from eye candy

Good D/S settings:
0, 0, 57, 6, color black
Good add noise settings:
Uniform- 70-90 % noise monochrome
Random- 10-34% noise monochrome

But this tube was bought while he was with MPT

Open Template then canvas size set to 620x620
Remove CR, Star (layer7), BG, and rearrange the wordart
Open bunting2 R/S to 75% C/P onto canvas drag to the bottom
place it on top of the bottom of layer 3. duplicate and flip to the top
Open tube C/P onto canvas, place in the center, erasing parts of tube
So it looks like her legs are behind the bunting. apply slight drop shadow
Select layer4, selection all float defloat - open paper21
R/S to % C/P on canvas, selections - invert - delete, select none.
remove O/L, apply outer glow then drop shadow
Select layer 5, selections all float defloat - add new raster layer
flood fill color of choice, i used green from the kit #b2cf36
Remove original layer. I put close up tube inside blend mode
to overlay. i also added slight radiance and turned tube greyscale
On the green colored layer (or which ever color you choose)
Apply Neology - psychoderma settings: top 13, bottom 19
Drag this layer above your tubes, turn greyscale
Now change blend mode to softlight. and sharpen once
I hide all layers but this layer+tubes. merge, now apply outerglow
add noise, then apply drop shadow. Unhide all layers
Select layer1, selection all float defloat - open paper10
R/S to 60% C/P on canvas, selections - invert - delete, select none.
remove O/L, apply outer glow then drop shadow
Select layer2, selection all float defloat - open paper10
C/P on canvas, selections - invert - delete, select none.
remove O/L, apply outer glow then drop shadow
Select layer3, selection all float defloat - open paper17
R/S to 60% C/P on canvas, selections - invert - delete, select none.
remove O/L, apply outer glow then drop shadow
Select layer6, selection all float defloat - open paper 11
R/S to 60% C/P on canvas, selections - invert - delete, select none.
remove O/L, apply outer glow then drop shadow
Dress up your wordart how you would like
Now it's element time
Elements i used and the resized %
Using this drop shadow: 0, 0, 43, 5, color black
Pearl necklace gray - 60%
Shoe and pearls - 40%
Eyeshadow - 25%
Flower clip - 15%
Girly sunglasses - 25%
Star bling/pink - 30%
Mascara - 6%
Lipstick2 - 15%
I used lipstick and nail polish seperately
Hand mirror - 12%
Real green, pink, grey (butterflies) - 30%
place elements where you want, or use my tag as a guide.
Apply your mask, copyrights, add your name save as a PNG
I used paper 19 for my mask. then apply beautifier to whole tag
