Autumn Harvest - FTU

 

This tutorial was written in PSP 9 and can be used with any other version. I assume that you have a working knowledge of PSP.

Tube of choice/close up

Plugins Optional:
eye candy- gradient glow
penta.com - jeans
photoeffex - scan lines
penta.com - color dot
xenofex 2 - crumple



PSP effects:
texture effects - mosaic antique


Tutorial shortcut index:
"Delete" on your keyboard under Insert.
"C/P" copy and paste as new layer
"D/P" drop shadow
"R/S" resize layer

Open temp R/S 95%
Image-canvas size 600x600
Remove credits, background
I then removed all of the dotted circles

Start with your first layer "green circle" select it
Selections- float- defloat- C/P paper of choice
paste as new layer, selections- invert- delete
select none, delete original layer. add your glow
settings of choice. add noise if you'd like. an drop shadow.

Follow this step for all of your template layers.
As you can see i did this on all but the left/right black circles
I C/P my tube of choice in there, lowered opacity
to - then Adjust- hue/sat- colorize. sat dial set at zero
Apply scanlines: width 1, spacing 2, dark band 20, light nonband 10
noise amount 0, and darkness/lightness 55. APPLY on your black circles

On some of my paper layers i added plugins, such as
penta.com - color dot, penta.com - jeans
then xenofex 2 - crumple. and photo effex - scanlines
all settings of choice
 

Open your main tube, place in the center. add glow to her
add noise, then drop shadow. Now it's time to add the elements
I used: branch, button 1, 3, 4, flower 4, 5,  leaf 1, 2, twine & wordart.
 Papers i used were: 3, 4, 5, 6,9, 10, 11, 12, and 13.
R/S elements, Place them where you want
Or use my tag as a guide.

For my "mask" Once i merged my whole tag
Duplicate- blurred the duplicated layer
then added mosaic antique to the blurred layer, now
Add your copyrights, add your name, save as a PNG
You're done!
