This tutorial was written in PSP 9 and can be used with any other version. I assume that you have a working knowledge of PSP.

"Delete" on your keyboard under Insert.
"C/P" copy and paste as new layer
"D/P" drop shadow
"R/S" resize layer

I used the artwork of Rachael Huntington
She no longer sells tubes that i know of.
She's doing tattoos now i can't find a website
just showing her artwork as the 2nd link doesn't work

*May be difficult- working with lots of layers*
Open temp, Image- canvas size 600x600
Remove copyrights. now open your papers
Remove layers BG, and layer 2, 14, 15
Select temp layer 1, selections- all- float- defloat
Resize paper 6 to 60% C/P as new layer onto canvas
Selections- invert- delete. select none, remove original layer
Select temp layer 3, selections- all- float- defloat
resize paper 9 to 50% C/P as new layer onto canvas
Selections- invert- delete. select none, remove original layer
Do the same on temp layer 4. Remove layer 5
Select temp 6, selections- all- float- defloat
keep paper 10 at full size, C/P as new layer onto canvas
selections- invert- delete. select none, remove original layer
Stay on this paper layer, select the soften tool, opacity: 13
use your tool and slide it across the paper, soften it out
Adjust- sharpness- sharpen more. do this twice
Select temp layer 7, selections- all- float- defloat
resize paper 7 to 50%, mirror. sharpen C/P as new layer onto canvas
selections- invert- delete. select none, remove original layer
do this same step for layer 8 but don't mirror the paper, but sharpen
Temp layer 9 add noise apply this on there twice then drop shadow
settings: 1, 1, 66, 5 color black. apply this twice
Select temp layer 10, selections- all- float- defloat
resize paper 4 to 80%, C/P as new layer onto canvas
selections- invert- delete. select none, remove original layer
Stay on this layer, selections- all- float- defloat
mura meister - cloud, settings:
97, 100, 3, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0.
light white, fg white, bg black
click OK and apply.
Go around to each paper layer adding gradient glow
using white, and grey's is the colors i choose.
Now apply drop shadow settings- 0, 0, 66, 7, black. OK
Add noise, settings of choice i used different ones for each
Once you've got all these done. select temp layer 7
apply penta.com - jeans settings: 18 and 5. apply twice
add your glow to this as well i choose black
I was going to use the wordart, but at the last minute
i just decided to remove it. you can use it if you want
open your tube, i choose a full sitting tube C/P
as new layer onto your canvas. duplicate tube
Turn the copy of your tube to black and white
Adjust- hue & sat- colorize- sat set at zero
Using your eraser tool erase the parts of her eyes only
You should zoom in so you can get a closer look
now i added gradient glow around her
add noise of choice, drop shadow settings above
Elements i used and the resized %
Element 74- 40%
Element 6- 25%
Element 68- 80%
Element 10- 60%
Element 22- 35%
Element 49- 30%
Element 76- 30%
Element 75- 25%
Element 30- 20%
Element 67- 30%
Element 1- 30%
On element 10. i used my magic wand, set to point to point
and i went along the sides of the original book
and i just left the rest off i think it's a stand of use it all
Once i resized element 22, Adjust- brightness/contrast
settings: 25, 1. then i sharpened afterwards
Now since you have them all resized place where
you want. Or use my tag as a guide
Merge tag, radiance settings of choice i forgot to add
these now i don't remember what i used. grrr

Duplicate tag, add mosiac antique to the original layer
Or you can just add a mask, but i had no room left
Add your copyrights, your name save as a PNG
You're done!
