This tutorial was written in PSP 9 and can be used with any other version. I assume that you have a working knowledge of PSP.

Tube of choice/close up
PTU Scrap kit by Inzpired Creationz
"Glitz" Purchase at ICZStore
Font of choice
rosarian
Mask of choice

Plugins Optional:
xenofex- constellation
xero - ultraviolet
xero - porcelain
Tutorial shortcut index:
"Delete" on your keyboard under Insert.
"C/P" copy and paste as new layer.
Remove "O/L" Remove original layer.
"D/P" Drop shadow located in 3D effects.
"R/S" Resize layer located in Image.
New "R/L" Raster layer, in Layers.
"F/F" Flood fill (paint bucket) tool.
"outer glow" Gradient glow from eye candy

Good D/P settings:
0, 0, 57, 6, color black
Good add noise settings:
Uniform- 70-90 % noise monochrome
Random- 10-34% noise monochrome

Open frame 2, R/S to 80%, set canvas size to 600x600
Using magic wand click inside frame, selections- modify- expand by 6
Open paper7, R/S to 60%, C/P - selections- invert- delete select none,
drag your paper layer below your frame. Apply outer glow to your frame then D/S
Open firework3, R/S to 80% C/P - place in the center of your canvas
Open tube place her off to the side, duplicate to, xero- ultraviolet
settings: 58, 103, drop menu should say shadows, then 3. -OK-
This goes on your duplicate tube layer, change blend mode - overlay
i set the opacity around 28, not a huge difference, but darkens the dark areas
Select inner frame layer, selections- all- float- defloat
C/P close up of choice, onto canvas, selections- invert- delete. select none
Apply greyscale to your tube, then i applied ultraviolet then a porcelain
using these settings: 50, 73, 128, 0, 0, 255, i applied this twice.
Now it's element time
Elements i used and the resized %
Using this drop shadow: 0, 0, 61, 5, color black
Dog - 40%
Clutch - 25%
Fan - 40%
Cosmetics - 15%
Feather2 - 30%
Lightray1 - 50%
Gift1 - 40%
Money2 - 30%
Rose2 - 40%
Pearls1 - 40%
Wordart - 40%
Star1-3 - 25%
Dice1 - 25%
Butterfly - 20%
place elements where you want, or use my tag as a guide.
Apply your mask- add copyrights, your name save as a PNG
