-----------------------
I used the artwork of Keith Garvey
You can find his artwork Here
-----------------------
Open template, R/S90%, Images- canvas size 600x600
i removed all of the stars and heart layers, I then removed all
"shadow(delete)" layers, only because i like my own drop shadows
Select blackBG selections- all- float- defloat, open paper3, C/P onto your canvas, selections- invert- delete. select none, remove O/L. add outer glow, add noise, D/S.
Select pinkBG selections- all- float- defloat, paper2 R/S to 80%, C/P onto your canvas, selections- invert- delete. select none, remove O/L. add outer glow, add noise, D/S.
Selecting each inner rectangle, square and circle, fill it with paper like you did above
i choose paper 5 for the circle and square, then paper 4, for the two long rectangles
Now on all the hot pink outer layers i used paper 7 to fill in those like above as well
Also put this paper layer on the outer hot pink around garvalicious wordart
adding drop shadows to all of the outer black layers , on your wordart "garv" layer
i applied inner bevel, using settings of choice. Open tube of choice, C/P
Place tube in the center apply outer glow to your tube,
applying xero- moodlight settings: light1 clicked, 128, 30, 161, 5, 0,
subtle clicked, or use settings of choice
Now apply radiance settings: 128, 50, 128, 64 or use settings of choice
I also placed the tubes inside of the circle and square layer, turned to greyscale
adjust- hue/sat - colorize, sat dial set at 0, applied porcelain
settings: 50, 64, 128, 0, 0, 255 or settings of choice
Now it's element time
Elements i used and the resized %
Using this drop shadow: 0, 0, 61, 5, color black
Cupcake - 25%
Brass Knuckle - 30%
Heart pop - 40%
Warningsign - 30%
Skull1 - 25%
Screw - 15%
Bow - 30%

place elements where you want, or use my tag as a guide.
