This tutorial was written in PSP 9 and can be used with any other version. I assume that you have a working knowledge of PSP.

Tube of choice/close up

"BIJOUX" Purchase at ICZ Store
Font of choice

Plugins Optional:
red paw media - beautifier
Tutorial shortcut index:
"Delete" on your keyboard under Insert.
"C/P" copy and paste as new layer.
Remove "O/L" Remove original layer.
"D/S" Drop shadow located in 3D effects.
"R/S" Resize layer located in Image.
New "R/L" Raster layer, in Layers.
"outer glow" Gradient glow from eye candy

Good D/S settings:
0, 0, 57, 6, color black
Good add noise settings:
Uniform- 70-90 % noise monochrome
Random- 10-34% noise monochrome

Open 600x600 canvas, open paper 18, R/S to 80%
C/P onto canvas, Add new R/L, flood fill color of choice
Drag paper layer above, now apply your mask
Adjust- brightness/contrast. B at 66, C at 40 on paper
Open Stage, R/S to 80%, C/P onto your canvas near the bottom
Open spotlights, R/S to 80%, C/P onto your canvas above your stage
Select your deform tool and drag the top of the lights up alittle bit
Making sure the blue lights hit the very top of the stage.
Open pole, R/S to 50%, C/P onto your canvas, place to the right
but on top of the stage, but in front of the lights
Open lighted sign, R/S to 45%, C/P onto your canvas, place
down near the above the lights in the middle of them
This is some what what your canvas should look like
But by all means go your own way if you'd like.

of the pole. but standing is also a good choice. apply D/S

Mircophone - 30%
Ticket - 25%
Spotlight - 60%

Carpet - 65%
Eyeshadow - 25%
Lips2 - 20%
Glitter2 - 40%
Pearls - 40%
Sparkles - 50%
place elements where you want, or use my tag as a guide.
After i merged my tag i added red paw media beautifier plugin
settings: 50, 75, 22, 100, or use your own settings
add copyrights, your name save as a PNG
You're done!
