This tutorial was written in PSP 9 and can be used with any other version. I assume that you have a working knowledge of PSP.

Tube of choice/close up

Paid Scrap kit by Lizquis Scraps

Font of choice

Abuse

Mask by Vix

Plugins Optional:

Redpaw media - beautifier

xero - radiance

Tutorial shortcut index:

"Delete" on your keyboard under Insert.

"C/P" copy and paste as new layer.

Remove "O/L" Remove original layer.

"D/S" Drop shadow located in 3D effects.

"R/S" Resize layer located in Image.

New "R/L" Raster layer, in Layers.

"outer glow" Gradient glow from eye candy

Good D/S settings:

0, 0, 57, 6, color black

Good add noise settings:

Uniform- 70-90 % noise monochrome

Random- 10-34% noise monochrome

Open canvas 650x650 - open frame 2 R/S to 65%

C/P onto canvas, using deform tool tilt it to the left

Duplicate - mirror. Open tube R/S to 50% C/P onto canvas

Sharpen tube - radiance - drop shadow of choices

Click inside left frame - selections all float defloat

modify - expand by 5, Open paper2 C/P onto canvas 

selections - invert - delete select none. drag below frame

Do the same step for the other frame

I did this again same paper then i applied mask on the papers

I also colorized this second paper green from the lime

Open donky R/S to 80% C/P onto canvas drag below tube layer 

drag alittle to the right side like the donky is standing behind her

Open table R/S to 50% C/P onto canvas, drag left of tube above layer

Open flowers R/S to 60% C/P onto canvas drag to the right side

Duplicate - mirror flowers to the other side, duplicate as many as you want

Open sunflower R/S to 40% C/P onto canvas again duplicate as many as you want

start decoracting the sides of the frames on each side

Now it's time for more elements

Elements i used and the resized %

Using this drop shadow: 0, 0, 66, 7, color black

Tequila - 25%

Lemon - 12%

Maracas - 40%

Molcajete - 25%

Firework2

Cactus2 - 60%

Cactus1 - 60%

Bottle Tequila - 30%

Cupcake - 15%

Bottle - 30%

Chilipepper - 30%

Guitar - 50%

Flower2 - 25%

Margarita - 30%

Bubbles - 60%

place elements where you want, or use my tag as a guide.

Apply your mask, copyrights,  add your name save as a PNG

I applied beautifier to the whole tag, settings of choice

Open frame 2 R/S to 80% C/P onto canvas

Open frame 1 R/S to 65% C/P onto canvas

Open tube of choice, R/S, C/P onto canvas

Click inside your frame 2. Open papers 2 & 4, R/S to 80%

Split the paper, using your tube in the middle

C/P onto canvas selections - invert delete select none

drag below your frames layer. all layers actually

Now it's time for more elements

Skull2 - 30%

Skulls & Roses - 30%

Rosary - 25%

Cactus - 25%

Kitty - 27%

Jelly shot - 20%

Eye & Candle - 15%
