Rocking Groupies - FTU

"Delete" on your keyboard under Insert.

Let's open RS-4 cluster thing
On RS-4, Image-Canvas size 600x600
Find a tube from the hips up, Resize tube
Copy & paste as new layer on canvas

On Tube- Radiance- Strangeness-128, Charm-50, Truth-128,
Beauty-115 , Still On Tube- Effects- 3D Effects- Drop shadow
Vertical/Horizontal 1, Opacity- 66, Blur- 4, Color- Black

Copy & paste RS-3 in front of your tube
Same drop shadow as above.

Elements I used- RS-1, 3, 4, 8, 19, 34, 48, & paper 3.
Resize elements down Place them where you want or tag as a guide
Merge all, Add mask, copyrights, your name, Save as PNG.

You're done!

Let's open the pink, blue and black circle frame, resize down to 80%, image> canvas size 600x600. using magic wand click inside frame. selections modify>by 6 add a new raster layer and when you copy your paper, paste into selection. select none. drag below frame. while your frame is highlighted. selections all> float> defloat modify> expand by 3 adding new raster layer flood fill color of choice. i used white. drag below frame layer, add noise. while your flood fill layer is highlighted. selections all> float> defloat modify> expand by 2 add a new raster layer again. flood fill color of choice i used black. drag below white layer and add drop shadow and merge all.

Now add your main tube you'd like resized it down where you want place in the middle of the frame. adding radiance. drop shadow. before i merged the frame layers i erased the tube so she hides behind the frame. now it's time to add the elements. i used the heart glasses, skull cupcake, ring pop, white skull black bow, pink sucker, black zipper flower, shapscatter, pill, fancy swirl, fish skeleton and paper 8 and 9. resize down the elements where you'd like place them where you want or use my tag as a guide. i recolored the heart glasses they were pink. i also recolored the duplicate lollipop too. you can do the same.

Now add your mask, copyrights, add your name and save as a png and  you’re done!
