Tube i used can be found HERE
-----------------------

Open element 74, R/S to 50%, Canvas size 620x620
With drag tool drag out to the left, duplicate, and mirror
These two frames should now be side by side. Now Merge
Colorize this frame. i used a purple that matches the kit

Open your tube, R/S to 31% (or your own percentage)
C/P onto canvas, Drag in the middle where you want. D/S

Using magic wand click inside each square in your frame
Selections - modify - expand by 10. Open paper 9, C/P onto canvas
Using your drag tool, drag the paper inside the frame
Selections - invert- delete. select none, remove below frames
It's okay if you cut any paper off at the bottom, Pretty much the
bottom half will be covered with elements

Open element23 R/S to 30% C/P onto canvas drag to the right side
I mirrored this element too, then apply D/S

Open element 21, R/S to 25%, C/P onto canvas place by your chest

Open element9 R/S to 60% C/P onto canvas drag below your tube, D/S

I went back to my tube layer, Duplicate on the copy tube
Adjust - brightness/contrast - There are numbers and a blue bar
below this box. i just drag it all the way to the left. I suppose the numbers
would then read Bright -255, Contrast -100. This turns tube into a silhouette
Drag this black layer out to the right alittle bit behind your tube, D/S
