This tutorial was written in PSP 9 and can be used with any other version.
I assume that you have a working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies Needed:
Tube of choice/close up

Melissa'z Creationz Template89
Scrapkit by Candy's Treats Love USA
Font used - addams

 
 
Plugins needed Optional:
Xero - radiance
MuRa's Meister - copies
penta.com - dots

Let's open up the her template, resize 90% if you want too, get rid of the white background and her copyrights. open your tube and place where you want, add a drop shadow and the plugin radiance if you want. Now hide your tube layer, copy and paste your tube again but reverse the tube and add mura's - copies, have it set on "wallpaper" rest of the settings of choice. now let's click on Raster layer 4 then selections> select all>float>defloat now invert, click on the copied layer of your tube and hit delete on your keyboard. selections >select none.

 
 
Now drag your copied tube layer below Raster 3, now change this layer to black and white adjust> hue and saturation>colorize bring both sides to 0. now change your blend mode and pick which ever one looks the best to you, now add xero - radiance to this layer and your penta.com - dots settings of choice.

 
Let's select raster layer 3, selections select all >float>defloat> add a new raster layer flood fill color of choice, i picked a blue, add noise if you want too. adjust>add noise random at 25, monochrome clicked. selections select all>float>defloat>modify>expand by 3. flood fill with a color of choice again i picked black, selections none, drag this layer below your add noise layer, now add a drop shadow to this.

 
Now just add your papers to each part of the template, add your elements adding drop shadows, place them where you want, Now add your copyrights, then your font, Save as a PNG and you're done.
