This tutorial was written in PSP 9 and can be used with any other version.

I assume that you have a working knowledge of PSP.

Let's open our frame, use your freehand selection tool (the lasso) set to point to point frame on the outside of the heart frames, once you reach the first start of this selection right click and you will see the matching ants, now add a new raster layer flood fill color of choice i used a pinkish white gradient. now open your tubes or tube you want to use. use the same selection tool we used to add your background now copy and paste your tubes in each heart frame. selections select none.

　

Nor drag your tube layer(s) below your frame, change your blend mode add radiance if you'd like, i also added it to the frame. now merge layers I decided to add some animation (add noise) to her hair, so you can do this now I won't be telling you how to do this, but i added my mask before i decided to do this. so you can skip this part if you want.

　

　

So now you can add your copyrights then your font, Save as a PNG and you're done.
