*A little long and might be complicated, If you get confused please do it the way you know how... I was following along as i tried to explain.*

Let's open Chrissy's template, i took off the huge shamrock, and her credits. delete those. resize the template down to 80% now go to image> canvas size 600x600. now let's hide all of the layers but the last two layers should be the two black squares, merge these together selections all>float >defloat copy and paste paper of choice i used paper 1 i think i sized that down to about 60% because i wanted the paper to fill the square really good, once you've copied and pasted paper, since i resized it down i had to past the paper in twice, use your mover tool drag the paper where you want then selections> invert>delete. on both paper layers. selections, select none. now delete the black squares. merge your paper layers together (if you have one layer skip)

Now i used an alterinate way because i don't have gradient glow, i won't be explaining how to do this. so just add your gradient glow on the outside of your paper squares, using your magic wand clicking on the layer of glow so you can add noise to this if you want. if you don't want to do this, skip this step. now hide this layer and unhide the next two layers, should be two green circles. merge these together, again selecting them all> float> defloat copy and paste paper of choice, i used paper paper 5. following the same steps you did with the "two black squares" same, select your gradient glow you'd like then add noise, now hide this layer (but delete the original layer) and unhide the next two layers.

The next bright green layers merge these together, instead of applying your fritillary plugin to the existing green circles, i selected them float> defloat> added a new raster layer, flood filled the same bright green color, select none. got rid of the original layer, then now apply your plugin fritillary settings of choice, now add your gradient, i used a different way so i have 2 different "gradient glow" like outlines on this circle. you can go ahead and do the same.

Now hide this layer, and open up the next 6 layers, so there should be a big green oval, two darker green stripes going across the oval and two black dotted lines. i added noise to both dark greener strips, i hide the big green oval then i merged theses all together, unhiding the oval again, selections all float> defloat> copy and paste paper of choice, slections invert>delete. select none. (get rid of the original oval layer) i then merged the paper oval and the stripes together, applying your gradient glow then added noise if you want. same actions we took on your very first few layers. now hide this layer

Now unhide your "frame back" layer. selections all> float> defloat> copy and paste the tubes you want. i pasted multiply tubes at once used my mover tool to drag it where i wanted it to go into the square once you've got them where you want them invert>delete. select none. i hide the frame back mergeing the tube layers, unhiding the frame back changing the blend mode, i don't remember which i used, so choose one of your liking, i then merged the tube lyaers to the background frame, i then added a radiance, then transmission plugin to the tube layer, hide this layer now unhide the frame itself, should be the outter frame. I added more noise to this to let it stand out more, added a drop shadow then merged.

Next i unhide the wordart kiss me, i added noise to that as well, then i did my own thing with the irish part of the wordart, merge these together. Now it's time to unhide all of the previous layers, now open the main tube of choice, resizing it if need be, i placed it in front almost in the middle, i added radiance then a drop shadow, for the fun part adding all of the elements. this is what i used. golden shamrock charm on the ribbon, horse shoe, rainbow, green beer, pot of gold, white/green ribbon, grass, the larger shamrock element on it's own, then the shamrock looking frame. I resized all these down then i placed them where i wanted them to go adding radiance then drop shadows

now add your copyrights, add your name and save as a png and you’re done!
