*easy*
Let's open the a frame image> resize 80% canvas size> 600x600. using your magic wand click on the inside of your frame selections> expand by 5 copy paste paper of choice selections invert>delete. select none. drag this layer below frame. i sharpened the paper and frame. added drop shadow on frame. now with your paper layer selected selections all> float> copy and paste your close up tubes of choice. selections invert>delete. select none. drag below frame layer.
Hide all of your layers beside your tube(s) layers. and merge these now go to adjust>hue and saturation> colorize both dials set at zero. i also changed my blend mode screen i think i used, added radiance plugin. unhide layers now merge. Open your main tube and place where you want. add radiance then drop shadow. now it's time for the elements fireworks 1,2 and 3, flip flops, butterfly2, firework, bags, bow3, champagne, frame 3, paper7 resize them down and place where you want or use my tag as a guide
Now add your copyrights, add your name and save as a png and you’re done!
