Spoiled Princess - PTU

This tutorial was written in PSP 9 and can be used with any other version. I assume that you

have a working knowledge of PSP.

Let's open canvas size 600x600 let's open both of the frames, i used frame 3 and 2. resize

both frames down where you'd like. with the first frame i tilted it off to the side alittle

bit. pasted it onto my canvas. grabbing your magic wand click on the inside of the frame

selections modify> expand by 4. copy and paste paper of choice. i used paper 5. invert>

delete selections none. drag below your frame layer. with your paper layer highlighted

selections all> float> defloat copy and paste your close up tube of choice. selections

invert> delete. seclect none. drag below frame layer.

While your tube layer is selected, go to to adjust> hue and saturation> colorize both dials

set at zero. now change your blend mode. adding a slight radiance. and penta.com - color dots

these are optiona. add a drop shadow to your frame and merge all layers together. Now taking

your other frame after you resized it down. copy and paste it onto your canvas too using your

deform tool i want you to tilt it off to the side as well looking at my tag for a reference.

I then want you to grab your freehand selection tool. selection type set to point to point.

using this tool select on the outside of the frame on the black part. once you've got the

matching ants around (it has to be directly on the frame) now copy and paste another paper of

choice. i used paper 2. selections invert> delete. selections none. drag below your frame

layer now using your close up tube again or a different one. on the tube layer go and change

the hue and saturation to black and white.

Now select your paper layer in the second frame. selections all> float> defloat copy and

paste your tube inside the frame (where the marching ants are) drag where you want selections

invert> delete. i also lower the tubes opacity a little bit. once you've got it where you

like it. add slight drop shadow to the frame and Close out of your other merged frame. now

merge these layers. unhide the other frame. so both frames should be merged but NOT together so we can add elements.

Now let's open your pain tube. resize down. i used the princess so she's laying down place

some what infront of both frames. slight drop shadow, radiance, now let's add the elements. i

used the long blue ribbons, sparkles, skeleton key, crown, flower 3 and 4, black striped bow,

metal castle charm, lace, black and white glitter splats. resize these down and place them

around where you'd like or use my tag as a guide.

Now add your copyrights, add your name and save as a png and  you’re done!
