*Quick and Easy*

Let's set your canvas size to 600x600
Now let's open the spiked fram resize it down
copy and paste as new layer on your new canvas
using gradient glow add thin white layer on the outside of the frame
add noise, Adjust- add/remove noise/ add noise settings of choice
add a slight drop shadow and merge these layers.

Now using your magic wand, set at point to point click around the frame
but actually on the frame we'll do this so we can add our paper.
Once you've got marching ants in a circle. open paper of choice
copy & paster 10 as new layer selections- invert- delete. select none
now drag your paper layer below your merged frame

Now it's time to add your main tube resize her down if you need to
I did, placed a little off to the side. or your choice where she goes

Now it's time to add the other elements i used the 3 skulls with roses
pink and black butterflies, pink ribbon and the hanging skulls on chains
Now resize these down place where you want or use my tag as a guide

Once you've got your tag merged i added RPM beautifier settings of choice

Now add your mask used paper 19 , copyrights, save as a PNG
add your name and now you're done!

Now lets see those results.
