Ptu - Ice Cream


This tutorial was written in PSP 9 and can be used with any other version. I assume that you have a working knowledge of PSP.

Tube of choice/close up


Paid Scrap kit by Toxic Desirez
"Candyland" Purchase at Smiley Creations


Font of choice
Sadoc Wild

774 Temp by Millie

Mask 111 by Vaybs

Plugins Optional:
radiance
red paw media
constellation



Tutorial shortcut index:
"Delete" on your keyboard under Insert.
"C/P" copy and paste as new layer.
Remove "O/L" Remove original layer.
"D/S" Drop shadow located in 3D effects.
"R/S" Resize layer located in Image.
New "R/L" Raster layer, in Layers.
"outer glow" Gradient glow from eye candy
Or my method on my blog under "How to dos"

Good D/S settings:
0, 0, 57, 6, color black

Good add noise settings:
Uniform- 70-90 % noise monochrome
Random- 10-34% noise monochrome

Open temp R/S to 88% canvas size 600x600
Remove bg and wordart. R/S tube and C/P place 
off to the side of the square. apply your filters, D/S
I R/S to 28% if you use the same tube as i do

Select raster 3, selections all float defloat, open paper2
R/S to 80%, C/P as new layer selections, invert, delete select none
remove original layer, apply your drop shadow

Select raster 5, selections all float defloat, open paper1
R/S to 80%, C/P as new layer selections, invert, delete select none
remove original layer, apply your drop shadow

Select raster4 , selections all float defloat, open paper8
R/S to 80%, C/P as new layer selections, invert, delete select none
remove original layer, apply your drop shadow

Select raster2 , selections all float defloat, open paper10
R/S to 80%, C/P as new layer selections, invert, delete select none
remove original layer, apply your drop shadow

Select raster1 , selections all float defloat, open paper4
R/S to 80%, C/P as new layer selections, invert, delete select none
remove original layer, apply your drop shadow

Select raster6 , selections all float defloat, open paper5
R/S to 60%, C/P as new layer selections, invert, delete select none
remove original layer, apply your drop shadow
i also removed layer 7 it was the drop shadow. i used my own
Selecting this layer again i C/P my close up tube of choice
changed greyscale and gave a drop shadow


Note: I placed my elements around my tube

Using this drop shadow: 0, 0, 56, 6, color black
Swirls - 60%
Bow1 - 50%
Ice cream cart - 40%
Skull2 - 30%
Cuppy - 25%
Star1 - 40%
Cherry skull - 15%
Ice Scream - 25%
Butterfly - 25%



place elements where you want, or use my tag as a guide.
Apply your copyrights,  mask, add your name save as a PNG
You're done!
