Open temp R/S to 80% canvas 600x600
Remove copyrights, raster/copy of raster 6
But first open frame4 R/S to 40% C/P onto canvas
I placed the frame in place for the stars
You can keep these layers as the background inside frame
But i just got rid of them and made my own

*If you kept the star shapes skip this step*
Select one frame click inside. modify-expand by 5
Open paper 9 R/S to 80% C/P onto canvas
selections- invert- delete. select none drag below frame
Do the same for the other frame

On each frame layer apply outer glow
I choose black then white, add noise on white, drop shadow

Select raster3. selections- all- float- defloat
Open paper2. R/S to 80% C/P onto canvas
selections - invert- delete. select none, remove original layer
Copy of raster 3. applied add noise, then drop shadow

Copy of raster5. selections all float defloat
Open paper5. R/S to 80% C/P onto canvas
Selections invert- delete. select none, remove original layer
Do the same step for raster 5 layer. I then added outer glow on both
Apply add noise if you want. then drop shadow

Select raster 7. selections all float defloat
Open paper3. R/S to 80% C/P onto canvas
selections invert- delete. select none. remove original layer
Do the same for the copy of raster 7.  outer glow, add noise, D/S

Select raster 9, selections all- float- defloat. open paper11
R/S to 80%, C/P onto canvas. selections- invert- delete
select none, remove original layer. Same step for copy raster 9
Apply outer glow, Add noise, then apply drop shadow
