This tutorial was written in PSP 9 and can be used with any other version. I assume that you have a working knowledge of PSP.

Tube of choice/close up
Paid Scrap kit by Toxic Desirez
"VDay Can Suck It" Purchase at Skullified Scrapz
Font of choice
Broadway BT
Mask 32 by Tonya
Grab HERE
Plugins Optional:
red paw media - beautifier
xero - radiance
Tutorial shortcut index:
"Delete" on your keyboard under Insert.
"C/P" copy and paste as new layer.
Remove "O/L" Remove original layer.
"D/S" Drop shadow located in 3D effects.
"R/S" Resize layer located in Image.
New "R/L" Raster layer, in Layers.
"outer glow" Gradient glow from eye candy
Or my method on my blog under "How to dos"
Good D/S settings:
0, 0, 57, 6, color black
Good add noise settings:
Uniform- 70-90 % noise monochrome
Random- 10-34% noise monochrome

Open Frame3 R/S to 70% Cnvas 600x600
Drag frame up alittle duplicate, mirror
Drag down below the other, so there is 4 hearts
Click inside top left frame. expand by 5 , open pp2
R/S to 80%, C/P onto canvas, selections- invert delete
select none, now drag paper below frame layer
Do the same for each frame heart choosing different papers
Other papers i used were, 3, 4 and 10
On each frame layer, i applied outglow white - add noise - D/S
Open main tube of choice, C/P onto canvas i left her in the center - D/S
Open wordart R/S to 30% C/P onto canvas
I used this to hide my tubes cut off legs - D/S
Open splatter R/S to 50% C/P onto canvas drag below frames
Placed on each side of the open spaces between frames
Now it's element time
Elements i used and the resized %
Using this drop shadow: 0, 0, 43, 7, color black
Bow&Arrow - 30%
Pill - 20%
Letter - 30%
Skull1 - 25%
Sparkles - 60%
Skullerfly - 30%
Ringpop - 25%
Candy1 - 20%
place elements where you want, or use my tag as a guide.
Apply your mask, copyrights, add your name save as a PNG
You're done!
