Ptu - You And Me

This tutorial was written in PSP 9 and can be used with any other version. I assume that you have a working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies Needed:

Tube of choice/close up

Paid Scrap kit by Toxic Desirez

"Crazy 4 You" Purchase at Skullified Scrapz

Font of choice

Master Of Break

Mask of Choice 

none

Plugins Optional:

red paw media - beautifier

Tutorial shortcut index:

"Delete" on your keyboard under Insert.

"C/P" copy and paste as new layer.

Remove "O/L" Remove original layer.

"D/S" Drop shadow located in 3D effects.

"R/S" Resize layer located in Image.

New "R/L" Raster layer, in Layers.

"outer glow" Gradient glow from eye candy

Or my method on my blog under "How to dos"

Good D/S settings:

0, 0, 57, 6, color black

Good add noise settings:

Uniform- 70-90 % noise monochrome

Random- 10-34% noise monochrome

Open canvas 600x600, Using  Rectangle preset shape

foreground white, background set to null, width 15 or of choice

Draw out a rectangle, i followed the grey/white boxs as a guide

Now convert this rectangle to a raster. - Apply outer glow to your frame

I choose colors black and purple from the scrap kit

Then apply inner bevel of choice, then photo effex - scan lines

I used default but changed width to 2, apply twice

Click inside the white frame - expand by 5, Open paper4

 C/P onto canvas selections- invert- delete, select none 

Drag below frame layer - Open doodle R/S to 60% C/P onto canvas

Place in the top right corner. duplicate mirror flip

So it's in the bottom left hand corner

Now hide all layers but your doodle - merge doodle

Unhide everything, On doodle layer apply a thing black glow

now duplicate it once and blur the black - or apply drop shadow

Open paper10, R/S to 60% C/P onto your canvas

Using your selection tool.. i used the xoxo paper So

i counted from the edge in 4 spaces xo xo xo xo and then i cut off the excess

If that makes any sense? if not - just cut the sides down to where you like

I applied a drop shadow to the paper in the middle

Open kids R/S to 60% C/P onto canvas in the center

Open wordart R/S to 60% C/P onto canvas

I placed the You and me on the top and forever on the bottom

Now it's element time

Elements i used and the resized %

Using this drop shadow: 0, 0, 43, 7, color black

Candy Hearts - 40%

Candle - 30%

Glass - 30%

Love Potion - 30%

Balloons - 50%

Gem - 15%

Target - 25%

Cupid bear - 30%

Flower - 

Apply your mask, copyrights,  add your name save as a PNG

You're done!
