Ptu - Hoppity Easter Babe

This tutorial was written in PSP 9 and can be used with any other version. I assume that you have a working knowledge of PSP.

Tube of choice/close up

Paid Scrap kit by Toxic Desirez

VM extravaganza - transmission

Red paw media - beautifier

(i apply this to the overrall tag)

Xero - radiance

Xero - porcelain

Tutorial shortcut index:

"Delete" on your keyboard under Insert.

"C/P" copy and paste as new layer.

Remove "O/L" Remove original layer.

"D/S" Drop shadow located in 3D effects.

"R/S" Resize layer located in Image.

New "R/L" Raster layer, in Layers.

"outer glow" Gradient glow from eye candy

Or my method on my blog under "How to dos"

Good D/S settings:

0, 0, 57, 6, color black

Good add noise settings:

Uniform- 70-90 % noise monochrome

Random- 10-34% noise monochrome

Open template R/S 80% canvas size 600x600

Remove copyrights

Select raster4 selections all float defloat

Open pp11 R/S to 60% C/P onto canvas, selections invert

delete, select none. remove original layer - apply outer glow

Select raster5 selections all float defloat

Open pp10 R/S to 60% C/P onto canvas, selections invert

delete, select none. remove original layer - apply outer glow

Select copy raster5 selections all float defloat

Open pp10 C/P onto canvas, selections invert

delete, select none. remove original layer - apply outer glow

Select raster2 selections all float defloat

Open pp3 R/S to 60% C/P onto canvas, selections invert

delete, select none. remove original layer  - apply outer glow

Select copy raster2 selections all float defloat

Open pp3 C/P onto canvas, selections invert

delete, select none. remove original layer - apply outer glow

Select raster9 selections all float defloat

Open pp6 R/S to 60% C/P onto canvas, selections invert

delete, select none. remove original layer - apply outer glow

Open pp6  C/P onto canvas, selections invert

Open pp9 R/S to 60% C/P onto canvas, selections invert

delete, select none. remove original layer - apply outer glow

Select copy raster7 selections all float defloat

Open pp9 C/P onto canvas, selections invert

delete, select none. remove original layer - apply outer glow

Select raster8 selections all float defloat

Open pp2 R/S to 60% C/P onto canvas, selections invert

delete, select none. remove original layer - apply outer glow

Select copy raster8 selections all float defloat

Open pp2 C/P onto canvas, selections invert

delete, select none. remove original layer - apply outer glow

Select copy raster5 selections all float defloat

Open pp6 R/S to 60% C/P onto canvas, selections invert

delete, select none. don't remove original layer

I used my selection tool set to "free hand" and i kinda

follow the egg's curve and once you make your selection around

the egg, remove the paper layer. and the original egg shows through

Duplicate paper layer and mirror.. or you can do the same for the other side

Selecting your egg layer copy of raster 5, I did put close up tube inside this layer

blend mode: screen. i also turned them both to greyscale

I also used these two plugins on the egg layer then tube layer

Egg: VM extravaganza - transmission - 4, 0, 16

Tube: Xero - porcelain - 40, 128, 128, 0, 0, 255

Do the same step for the other egg 

Close out of all layers but your eggs, merge the paper and together

then apply an outer glow on both of them 

Open main tube of choice, C/P onto canvas

Placed in the center, drop shadow then added radiance

Now it's element time

Elements i used and the resized %

Using this drop shadow: 0, 0, 43, 7, color black

Wreath - 60%

Jelly beans - 20%

Bunny & Carrot - 30%

Easter chick - 25%

Balloons - 40%

Egg1 - 25%

Egg2 - 25%

Lips - 30%
Sparkles - 40%

place elements where you want, or use my tag as a guide.

Apply your mask, copyrights,  add your name save as a PNG

You're done!
