This is a FREE tube from Arthur
-----------------------

Open frame R/S to 75% Canvas size 620x620
Sharpen frame, then using deform tool swirl it at an angle
Duplicate frame - mirror, erase bits on the inside from the first frame

Go back and select each frame and apply bright/contrast
Settings i used: Brightness: 18, Contrast: 4

Open your tube of choice, R/S to 30% C/P onto canvas

Drag this tube where you want i moved him slightly to the left
I also tried to spread the frames out alittle more too on either side
Apply and outerglow - white - add noise on your tube then apply D/S

Open gate R/S to 40% C/P onto canvas - drag near the right hand frame
Drag below frame and up above kinda in the middle - apply D/S

Open house R/S to 40% C/S onto canvas, i dragged behind my layers
And placed it behind the gate layer, and below the frame layer

Open background paper R/S to 50% - Mirror (side without roses)
Click on your right frame. selections- modify - expand by 4
C/S paper onto canvas - selections - invert - delete, select none
Drag paper behind your frame. Do the same for the other frame
(Using your selection tool, since the frame has been erased some)
Freehand selection, - point to point. I used paper 4 and R/S to 60%

Open flames R/S to 75% - C/P onto canvas
Place near the bottom - where your tube cuts off
Erase parts off the side, and the harsh edge on the flames

Now it's element time
