Ptu - Cute Sheriff In Town

This tutorial was written in PSP 9 and can be used with any other version. I assume that you have a working knowledge of PSP.

-----------------------

Supplies Needed:
Tube of choice/close up

Paid Scrap kit by Rieneke Designs
"Vaquerita 1" Purchase at Scrap N Company

Font of choice

Mask(s)
By Mizteeque

Gradient of choice
X Adobe Eat Your Heart Out
-I don't know who made this-
Grab Gradient HERE - If this is yours
Please let me know to give proper credit

Plugins Optional:
Redpaw media - beautifier

Tutorial shortcut index:
"Delete" on your keyboard under Insert.
"C/P" copy and paste as new layer.
Remove "O/L" Remove original layer.
"D/S" Drop shadow located in 3D effects.
"R/S" Resize layer located in Image.
New "R/L" Raster layer, in Layers.
"outer glow" Gradient glow from eye candy
Or my method on my blog under "How to dos"

Good D/S settings:
0, 0, 57, 6, color black

Good add noise settings:
Uniform- 70-90 % noise monochrome
Random- 10-34% noise monochrome

-----------------------
I used the artwork of Oky Draft Dolls
You can find her artwork HERE
Tube i used can be found HERE
-----------------------

Image- canvas size 620x620
Open element 63, C/P onto canvas drag down near bottom
Open tube R/S if needed, C/P onto canvas drag on top wood
Duplicate and arrange the wood how you like, give it a bigger area
Open element9 R/S to 60% C/P onto canvas, drag in the middle behind wood
Select sharpen tool and slighty sharpen the words "saloon"

Open tube R/S if needed i did to 35%, C/P onto canvas, drag on top wood
Apply drop shadow of choice or use my settings: 1, 7, 66, 5, color black
Open element26, R/S to 50%, C/P onto canvas drag to the right
Line up the fence pole to the right up to the wood flooring
Now using your deform tool i smooshed the left side of the fence
pulled it towards the right, I wanted it to line up with the saloon
in the background, you don't want it covering the front of the door

Duplicate and mirror and place it behind your tube
still lining up that pole to the edge of the wood (optional)

Now it's element time

Elements i used and the resized %
Using this drop shadow: 0, 0, 35, 6, color black
ELEMENT 2 - 30%
ELEMENT 17 - 20%
ELEMENT 29 - 40%
ELEMENT 14 - 12%
ELEMENT 24 - 80%
ELEMENT 21 - 40%
ELEMENT 37 - 15%
ELEMENT 6 - 25%
ELEMENT 10 - 8%
ELEMENT 20 - 30%
ELEMENT 46 - 40%
ELEMENT 50 - 40%
ELEMENT 51 - 20%
ELEMENT 15 - 8%

place elements where you want, or use my tag as a guide.
Apply your mask, copyrights,  add your name save as a PNG
I applied beautifier to the whole tag, settings of choice
I also used gradient for my 2nd mask instead of a paper

You're done!

Thanks for trying my tutorial.
