I used the artwork of Danny Lee
You can find his artwork Here
The tube i used can be found Here
-----------------------

Open element49, R/S to 75% C/P onto canvas
Open element43, R/S to 60% C/P onto canvas
drag to the left as far as you can, drag below other frame
Duplicate and mirror frame so it's the same on the other side
Hide element49, merge both 43s togehter, unhide the other frame

Open your tube R/S if needed, C/P onto your canvas, place in center
Selections all float defloat, modify - expand by 1. Add new raster layer
per color cause you're going to flood fill the color. I did greyblack
white and pink. i dragged them each out alittle to the right
add noise then drop shadow on the last color

Apply radiance and porcelain to your tube using settings of choice

Select spiked frame, using magic wand click inside frame
selections- modify - expand by 5, Open paper2 R/S to 60%
C/P onto canvas, selections - invert, delete - select none
drag paper layer below frame. but aboove the pink frames

Do this for each of your your pink rectangle frames
I used paper 3 and i R/S to 60% also
Apply scanlines to this paper layer settings:
2, 3, 20, 10, 0, 0 - both papers

I went and put closeup tube inside this same paper
Changed blend mode to screen

Back to your spiked frame applying white outer glow
adding noise then drop shadow

Open element1 R/S to 50% C/P onto your canvas
drag below your tube layer but inside your spiked frame
Duplicate and mirror, putting the gears on both sides of tube

Now it's element time

Elements i used and the resized %
Using this drop shadow: 0, 0, 66, 5, color black
ELEMENT 60 - 30%
ELEMENT 56 - 40%
ELEMENT 19 - 20%
