-----------------------
I used the artwork of Lady Mishka
You can find her artwork HERE
Tube i used can be found HERE
-----------------------

Open river, set canvas to 620x620
Drag alittle to the bottom of your canvas
Duplicate and mirror drag to the top as far as you can - Merge

Open fairy house1, R/S to 60%, C/P onto canvas
mirror and drag to the far left. drop shadow

Open stem1, R/S to 50% , C/P onto canvas
i left it right in the center where it pasted to. D/S

Open mushrooms, R/S to 20%, C/P onto canvas
Place these randomly where you'd like. D/S
I made the one by the fairy house alittle smaller
I used the deform to get it down to the size i wanted.

Open fairy2, R/S to 20%, C/P onto canvas
Mirror and i placed her to the left near the house

Open bridge, R/S to 60%, C/P onto canvas
Mirror and place near the bottom of your canvas
like it's going the bottom of the stream
I went ahead and added more mushrooms
Mushroom1 - 12% & Mushroom2 - 15%

Zoom in one your bridge. Using eraser tool
opacity set at 69% start erasing the bottom of the bridge post.
make it alittle less harsh - Using your burn tool drag it along the part
you erased on the bridge post and on the water surface.
this makes it look like it's been wet by the water

Open tube, R/S to 50%, C/P onto canvas drah to the right
kinda in the middle. make sure her feet looks like she's standing

Zoom in. selecting your smudge tool and go around
swirling and smudging the harsh lines of your river scene

Now it's element time

Elements i used and the resized %
Using this drop shadow: 0, 0, 35, 6, color black
Clouds - 60%
Branches - 40%
Petuina - 40%
Swan - 25%
Frog - 20%
Flowers1 - 25%
 Fairysparkle - 20%
