This tutorial was written in PSP 9 and can be used with any other version. I assume that you have a working knowledge of PSP.

Tutorial shortcut index:
"Delete" on your keyboard under Insert.
"C/P" copy and paste as new layer.
Remove "O/L" Remove original layer.
"D/S" Drop shadow located in 3D effects.
"R/S" Resize layer located in Image.
New "R/L" Raster layer, in Layers.
"outer glow" Gradient glow from eye candy

Good D/S settings:
0, 0, 57, 6, color black
Good add noise settings:
Uniform- 70-90 % noise monochrome
Random- 10-34% noise monochrome

Open canvas set to 650x650
Open cloud 1 & 2 R/S to 50%C/P onto canvas
I duplicated them both until i filled my bottom/half canvas
Apply drop shadow i used 0, 0, 33, 5 color black
Open Arch R/S to 40% C/P onto canvas drag near the top
left hand side of the clouds, D/S - duplicate and mirror
Open castle R/S to 40% C/P onto canvas
I left if right in the middle then dragged up between archs
Make sure any clouds on top are hiding behind the castle
Same drop shadow we applied to the clouds
Select paintbrush Add NEW raster layer, select any color
Now start painting on the both arch's, on your new raster
just paint so it covers the gasp inside the arch only.
Drag this layer to the very bottom. Not while this is still selected
Selections- all float defloat Open fantasy background
R/S to 25% - C/P onto canvas - using your mover tool
drag this paper inside the arch, then do it again for the other side
Now selections - invert, delete on both backgrounds. select none
Make sure you drag each layer below your arch elements
(Or do how i did one one side, once done - duplicate mirror)
Open frame 2 R/S to 40% C/P onto canvas using your mover tool
i dragged mind on each of the sides, hiding above the clouds on top
But the bottom half of the frame has clouds above it.
Duplicate - mirror, you want this on both sides.
Using your magic wand tool click inside, selections - modify expand by 6
Open paper5 R/S to 65% C/P onto canvas, move inside frame where you want
Selections - invert, delete, select none. drag below frame layer
Duplicate this paper layer - mirror so the other side matches
Apply D/S to both frames, settings above, but i put opacity up at 65
Open Unicorn2 R/S to 60% C/P onto canvas drag in the middle
Should be below your castle and in between star frames
Below the clouds, apply D/S then apply radiance of choice
I went around and applied Porcelain to most of the clouds
that can be seen. settings: 39, 33, 128, 0, 0, 255
I then placed my unicorn inside the star frame
greyscale - radiance - used burn tool to darken alil
Now it's element time
Elements i used and the resized %
Using this drop shadow: 0, 0, 65, 5, color black
Frame1 - 60%
Sun - 25%
Crystals - 25%
Cuppy - 20%
Diamond - 20%
Charm - 40%
Butterfly - 20%
Headband - 25%
Candy - 15%
Bottle - 17%
Flower4 - 25%
Lolli - 25%
Splatter - 40%
Ice Cream - 30%
place elements where you want, or use my tag as a guide.
Apply your mask, copyrights, add your name save as a PNG
I applied beautifier to the whole tag, setting of choice
For my mask layer i used the rainbow background
