This tutorial was written for those
that have a working knowledge of PSP.
Supplies Needed:
PSP 9 (any version will work)
Tube of choice
I used artwork by Elias Chatzoudis

I used 2 kits, a few items from both
Scrap kit by Monica 'Sweethearts' - Which is ftu HERE
Scrap kit by Seachell 'Valentine Angel' - Which is ftu HERE
Template #57 by Yvette you can find it at her blog HERE
Font of choice- I used Will&Grace
Lets begin
Open up the template.
Go to image> canvas Size> width/height - 700 will Resize later.
Open your choice of papers, elements that you want.
Click on the rounded rectangle> selections> select all>float>defloat Open up paper of choice, i choose "paper6" from Monica's kit paste onto the canvas>selections>invert hit delete>selects none, delete original layer so it's only the paper.
Select the heart layer> selections> select all>float>defloat Open up paper of choice, i choose "paper15" from Monica's kit paste onto the canvas>selections>invert hit delete>selects none, delete original layer so it's only the paper.
Select the dotted heart layer> selections> select all>float>defloat Open up paper of choice, i just used a flood filled 'black' Add a new raster layer and fill in the little dots, or leave this layer white, delete original layer so it's only the paper/flood fill.
Select the wordart layer> selections> select all>float>defloat Open up paper of choice, i choose "paper1" from Seachell's kit Resize 60% then paste onto the canvas>selections>invert hit delete>selects none, delete original layer so it's only the paper.
Add a drop down shadow of choice to all the layers.
Open up tube of choice, Resize 80% place tube on canvas and give it a dropdown shadow before we cropt use the same settings as above or use your own. Cropt the bottom of the tube as shown below, feather set at 2.
open your tube again paste as a new image, resize tube to 150% Bicubic, place tube under your dotted heart later and cropt off the rest of the tube.
Add your elements of choice where you'd like, i only added the stringbeads8 from kit place where you want, resize to 60% use the same drop down shadow as before, or use your own.
Select your wordart 'love love love' add noise to it if you like adjust>add/remove noise>
Click uniform, noise set at 26, monochrome clicked>press ok Add drop down same as above.
Now time to resize if you want, X out the background, merge all layers together, cut>paste as new image now i resized my image to 500x433.. add sharpness to make everything stand out.
Add your copyright & your name, save as a png and your done!
