*easy tutorial*

Let's open a 600x600 canvas, let's use the text tool and pick which dingbat flower you want to use, i think i set the font size at 300, just use which ever size you want, now once you got that done layers>convert to raster layer i then flipped the flower and placed it where i wanted it to go. i then highlighted this layer selections all> float >defloat copy and paste paper of choice i used  paper 8. invert>delete select none. get rid of the original flower layer. now with the new paper layer you made, selections all> float> defloat now i want you to copy and paste a close up tube of choice, i used about 3 of the same tube to fill up the flower dingbat. once you've done this invert>delete on each layer select none.

Now close out of your flower paper layer, and merge your tubes together, unhide flower layer and on your tube layer go to adjust> hue and saturation make sure all dials are set to zero, now change your blend mode to something of choice, i think i used overlay or hard light. i don't remember. now i want you to apply the spotlight plugin settings of choice, then transmission also settings of choice. now add your gradient glow plugin, using your magic wand clicking on the glow part add noise then add a drop shadow. On my paper layer i put a Gaussian Blur on it set at 5, now merge all of your layers together then mirror them image>mirror. once you do this duplicate this layer, make sure the duplicated layer is below the original no add the Mosaic Antique to this settings of choice. effects> texture effects> Mosaic Antique, now merge them together.

Now it's time for the fun part added all of the elements, i used the seahorse, starfish, sand, water wave, surf board, sun glasses, shell 2 and 3, the sun, flower 4, the wooden fence, and the bamboo mat, palm tree, blue clear bubbles, green leaf thing, and the lei's. Now i opened my tube i wanted to use i used a mermaid, i placed it about kinda in the midle off to the side alittle bit add a drop shadow. now start resizing your elements and start placing them where i put them or where you'd like yours to go, until you kinda have a little beach scene going on. adding drop shadows where you want. now for a final touch add the radiance plugin once you've megered all of the layers together

now add your copyrights, add your name and save as a png and you’re done!

Thanks for trying my tutorial.
Now lets see those results,
I hope you have enjoyed this tutorial!
