Popeye's Easter

 

 

This tutorial was written in PSP 9 and can be used with any other version.

I assume that you have a working knowledge of PSP.

Tube of choice

 

 

Cluster frame by PSPers Delite

*easy tutorial*

Let's open the cluster frame, resize down to 80%, now Adjust>canvas size set to 600x600, using your magic wand tool click on the inside of your frame, make sure to get all the spots inside even inside the loop on that ribbon, then selections modify> expand by 20 once you've got this.

 

 

Add a new raster layer flood fill color of choice, selections none. drag your filled layer below yoiur frame, want you to add the fritillary plugin and then constellation settings of choice.

 

Now resize your tube down i decided to use a popeye wong tube called "natural-beauty". add a drop shadow to your tube then place where you want, i went again and added drop shadow to the frame as well, meged all of these layers then adding radiance to the whole tag.

 

 

Now add your mask, i then added a noise to the mask itself, add your copyrights, add your name and save as a png and you’re done!
