I am using the artwork of Keith Garvey
You can get his tubes HERE
-----------------------

Let's open blue pearled frame, i want you to resize down to 80% now go into image>canvas size, set at 600x600. now use your mover tool, move your frame where you want it, duplicate and set the other frame on the opposite side. (this is optional) drag the duplicated layer below the main frame. now use your eraser tool and just the over lapping part (below) remove that part of the frame.. see picture below for an example of what the frame should look like.

Grab your magic wand and click the inside of both frames, selections>modify>expand by 7
now either copy and paste a paper there, or flood fill. I picked a color from the scrapkit, add a new raster layer if you are adding solid color. select>none drag this layer below your frame. Now use a close up tube of choice anbd copy that, now switch over to your canis, i want you to select your flood fill, now >selections all>float>defloat

Paste your close up tubes on the canvis, i like to do mutliply ones at a time, so set up your closeups in the frame where you'd like to see them at, then on each tube layer invert>delete. select none. no close out of your solid color raster, and your frame. merge your tube layers together. now unhide your color and frame. highlighting your tubes layer, adjust>hue and saturation>colorize turn both dials on zero. turns it black and white. change blend mode to what you like the best, i think i used mine on hard light. but use which ever one you like.

Now on your tube layer add your plugins. radiance then scanlines, then close out of your frame layer, merge your color background and the tubes. now duplicate this layer, now then your constellation (to the duplicated layer) using settings of your choosing. but make sure you click "make selection transparent" so now you have only bling on them. i then just turned down opacity just a few, maybe to about 70 or your choice. now add a drop down shadow to your frame then merge all of the layers.

Now copy and paste your main tube in the middle of your creation, or where ever you want it. i then added a drop shadow, then plugin radiance. now time for the fun part. adding all of the elements, i used the high heel, sequins, cupcake (skull cherry on top), flower 2, and bow 2, key lock and key, spiked heart. Now on these elements just resize down to your liking, each one i resized down to different percenatges and i don't remember which. use my tag as a guide and place the elements where you want them to go. On the key lock, and key, i turned them to black and white, to give them a better "silverish" look. make sure you are using drop shadow on them.

Now, i closed out of my merged frame/main tube and added radiance to all of my element pieces after i merged them all together, Sorry I am mad for radiance lol. so this is optional.

Now you can add your mask i used paper 3, now your copyrights, then your font, Save as a PNG and you're done.

Thanks for trying my tutorial.
Now lets see those results,
I hope you have enjoyed this tutorial!
