I am using the artwork of Scott Blair
Use a tube you already have I don't know where
he is selling right now after PTE closed, But i got this tube
while he was still with MPT
-----------------------

Let's open her template take off her wordart, copyrights and the background layer then resize to 90%, i want you to close out of all the layers besides the last 2 white circles, (delete the pink circle) merge them and add a drop shadow, now hide them, now unhide the next two layers merge then delete or keep then i decided not too. now unhide the next two layers should be 2 black squares, merge those and delete them as well. unhide the next two layers should be 2 pink rectangles, open a piece of paper of choice. in the kit i used the pink striped paper, select your now merged rectangles selections> all> float> defloat, copy and paste your paper invert>delete select none. now delete the merged layer below your paper layer. now add gradient glow if you have this. I used an alterniate way do that if you know how. I used an opposite color, blue. then i went to adjust>add noise use settings of choice. now merge these layers and now hide them.

Now the next layer should be a HOT pink huge square, skip this layer keep it hidden, and now unhide the next two, you should now have a white and black row of squares open (bottom squares open only right now). add noise to the white layer, then drop shadow now hide for right now. not i want you to highlight the black squares selections> all> float>defloat now open your tubes you want to use, i used 2 different tubes of the same artist, i resized them down abit so you could see their faces, now i want you to copy and paste multiply tubes onto your canvas (one at a time first) then use your mover tool and drag the tube in the square where you would like to see them, after you have all the tubes where you want them, then i want you to go to adjust> invert now on each tube layer click delete until the access tubes are gone and only left in the square. now select none. i closed out of the black square layer merged all of my tubes then i changed the opacity mode down alittle bit then go to adjust> hue and saturation. turn all dials at zero should turn the tubes black and white. now add your plugin radiance and your scanline now unhide your white noise'd layer and merge your tubes layer, black square and white all together.

You can either duplicate this layer and drag it where the top squares will be, or do it all again with your tubes a different way. plese resort back to the top paragraph if you decide to do this so you don't get lost. I hope i'm not confusing anyone i'm going step through step myself as i write this.

Now go back a few layers and unhide the big hot pink square, selections> all> float> defloat> now copy and paste a paper of choice. i used the blue one with things on it lol can't think of it atm. invert>delete. select none.now add your gradiant glow on this layer again the opposite color, i used pink, add noise drop shadow and merge these layers together. Yay. that was easier than i thought. now we should be on the last layers should be a dotted rectangle and a pink square. I opened the chained fence element (or use one of your choice) i resized it down alittle bit. highlighted the pink rectangle, selections> all> float> defloat> copy and paste your fence in there i only needed to do it two times, but copy and paste it in there three just to be safe. use your mover tool to slide it where you want once you've got it adjust> invert> delete. select none. I went ahead and merged this, also added gradiant glow first white, then black, then white again. adding noise to the white layers. now drop shadow.

Now for the tube part, brign out your main tube and place in the middle of your canvas i then added drop shadow, then radiance to my tube. Now it's time to open the elements i used, the baseball bat, baseball, baseball hat, cracker jacks, cup, hotdog, baseball glove, bow 4, the pink baseball pennant, and the flower. now resize these all down to your liking place where you want them to go, adding drop shadows to them and radiance if you want. I placed the baseball pannant in the front of my tube, then i typed out "Swing, Batta Batta" you can use this saying or choose something else.
