Punk Princess ~PTU

 

This tutorial was written in PSP 9 and can be used with any other version. I assume that you have a working knowledge of PSP.

Let's the template size down 90% canvas size 600x600, get rid of the 2012 wordart and the white background, then close out of all layers besides the blue square. selections all float> defloat copy and paste paper of choice, invert>delete. select none and get rid of the original layer. add your gradient glow, color of choice, add noise by using your magic wand and clicking on the glow outline drop shadow and hide this layer. unhide the next layer, which should be the pink circles, i added fritillary to this, added gradient glow color of choice, add noise by using your magic wand and clicking on the glow outline, now add a drop shadow now hide this layer.

 

 

 

Unhide the next layer should be two light blue rectangles, i added fritillary to this, added gradient glow color of choice, add noise by using your magic wand and clicking on the glow outline, now add a drop shadow now hide this layer. unhide the next layer should be a purple rectangle, selections all float> defloat copy and paste paper of choice, invert>delete. delete of original rectangle, added two gradient glow colors of choice, add noise by using your magic wand and clicking on the glow outline, now add a drop shadow now hide this layer.

 

 

 

Now unhide the next two layers should be labeled "thin rectangles 2&3" now merge these together, add a new raster layer and flood fill the top and bottom rectangles (with no dots in the middle) black, and on the same raster layer, pick a different color i choose a greenish color, and on the rectangles with the dots in the center flood fill that. select none. get rid of the original layer. now using you magic wand click on the green rectangles, now add your jeans plugin, add drop shadows. hide.

 

 

**Now this part might get alittle confusing. I didn't do this part "backwards" as i'll call it so let's try anyways. **

 

 

Unhiding the next two layers will be your frame back 3, and your frame 3. not with the frame back 3 select, selections all float> defloat> copy and paste your tubes of choice in this square, i did multiply tubes at once drag your tube around until you have it where you want it, selections> invert now on each tube layer hit delete. select none. now hide the frame, and frame back merge your tubes layers, unhide the frame & back, while your tubes layer is selected, go to adjust> hue and saturation> colorize both dials set at zero. Lower your opacity down alittle bit, now add your color dot plugin settings of choice, then your radiance, close out of your frame then merge together. unhide the frame layer, selections all float> defloat> copy and paste a paper of choice, invert> delete. get rid of the original frame layer. add gradient glow color of choice, using your magic wand clicking the glow, add noise then drop shadow. merge these layers together now then hide...

 

 

For the next 2 more "frame" parts (technically 4 pieces the frames and the frame backs) I want you to follow the step above. So once you've finished those steps. come back to the next step.

 

 

 

make for the last layers you do is hidden, unhide the last layers the stars and merge those together. i added color to the huge stars you can go ahead and do this. by selecting the star and flood filling color of choice, then noise. So now unhide all of your layers. Now grab your main tube and place where you want it to go on your tag. i used a tube that was laying down, i added a glow outside of the tube, added noise, drop shadow then added radiance plugin to my tube.

 

 

Now it's time for the fun part, adding all of the elements, i used the purple lips, pink button, one of the furry hearts, spiked heart, green flower, the purple swirl, zebra high heel, heart ring pop, green bow, pink guitar, barbwire, and the glitter square thing. Now resize down place whem where you want adding drop shadows and radiance plugin if you'd like.

now add your mask i also added a Mosaic Antique effect to mine, add your copyrights, add your name and save as a png and you’re done!
