*easy tutorial*

Let's open up the "chained" frame, resize by 80% then image>canvas size
600x600, while the frame is selected i want you to selections all float>
defloat add a new raster layer, flood fill a grey color select none. get
rid of the original layer, now go to effects> 3D effects> inner bevel
using settings of choice, on the "presets" drop down menu i had one
called "grass stained" i think this might have came with my PSP. i used
that one but changed the color to white and i just  tweeked with the
settings to get a sort of chrome effect. if you have another way to add
this effect go ahead and do so.

Now selections all float> defloat> modify> expand by 2, add a new raster
layer, get a color of the scrapkit you'd like and flood fill. selections
none. drag this new color under your chained frame. add noise. now i
used my magic wand clicked inside the frame, then switched to my
freehand selection tool to get every part of the frame in the matching
ants. then choose paper of choice and copy and paste, invert>delete.
dragging paper layer under both your frame and outside glow. selecting
the paper. selections all float> defloat copy and paste your tube close
up of choice, then on each tube layer invert>delete.

Drag your tube layers below your frame and glow frame if it isn't
already. i think i used hardlight as my blend mode. i then closed out of
the frames. and added radiance to my tubes merged the tubes and paper
together. i then duplicated my tube/paper layer, then i added the plugin
halftone too it. i then changed the blend mode and opacity down to my
liking. i then reopened my frames added a drop shadow on the noises glow
then merged everything together.

Now place the main tube in the middle of the frame where you'd like it,
i added radiance and drop shadow. Now it's time for the fun part adding
the elements. I used,  both of the chains, black stone heart, the multi
colored blue flower, the black flower with black pearl in the center,
the goldish leaves, black glittery ribbon, and metal flower corner
(i added constellation to this element).
i used paper1 inside the frame, and paper10 for my mask.

Resize your elements down to your liking and place them where you want
or place them where i did, i also added drop shadows if needed.

now add your mask, add your copyrights, add your name and save as a png
and you’re done!

Thanks for trying my tutorial.
Now lets see those results,
I hope you have enjoyed this tutorial!
