Very easy simple tutorial
Image- canvas size 600x600
Open paper of choice i used paper 2
Add new reaster layer flood fill white
Copy and paste paper as new layer on canvas
Apply your mask, close out of your background layer (white) merge group
Now using deform tool resize the mask down smaller to your liking
I placed the mermaid in this kit on my canvas, and worked the mask around her adding slight drop shadow to her and plugin poreclain settings, 50, 73, 128, 0, 0, 255
Now start opening your elements. I used the mermaid, coconut, starfish, chair, beach ball, drink3, flower1, 2, 3, and 7. Leaf, leaf 3, life perserversun, sunglasses,. and paper 2.
Resizing your elements where you want or using my tag as a guide. Then using Gus font add "mermaids delight" at a curved angle near the top of your tag, I have wrote a tutorial on how to do this make sure you check it out in the supplies needed section.
