*Working with tons of layers*

Open purple rectangle frame. resize 70%
Image- canvas size set to 600x600
Use deform tool and swirl the handle to the right an up
Drag it over a little bit, Layers- duplicate
Image- mirror. drag it out so it's on the other side

Using magic wand click inside of your duplicated frame
Selections- modify- expand by 10, open paper of choice
copy and paster as new layer, selections- invert- delete. select none
drag your paper layer below your frame. now do the same for your
other frame. choosing a different paper or the same paper.
I decided to flood fill with the color pink instead, and adding my tubes
Changing blend mode to screen, adding penta.com - dot & cross

Open your main tube place in the center of the two frames
Now it's time to add your elements. I used: purple paper flower,
purple lips, dangerous beads, purple star, skull, lipstick,
paper flower with skull on it, heart, paper 5, frame (element35)

Resize these down place where you want, or use my tag as a guide.
Merge your whole tag then add this plugin of choice
RPM - Beautifer, Settings: 12, 75,  40, 100

Now add your copyrights, save as a PNG
add your name and now you're done!

Thanks for trying my tutorial.
Now lets see those results.
