-----------------------

*May be difficult- working with lots of layers*

Open temp, remove copyrights
Remove background. now open your papers
Remove the rest of the wordart

Open element 22 resize to 60% C/P as new layer onto canvas
Using magic wand click inside frame, selections-
modify- expand by 5. open paper 10, resize 50% C/P
as new layer onto canvas, selections- invert- delete.
select none. drag below your frame layer

Select drk grey rectangle, selections- all- float- defloat
Resize paper 2 to 50% C/P as new layer onto canvas
Selections- invert- delete. select none, remove original layer

Select light grey rectangle, selections- all- float- defloat
Resize paper 4 to 60% C/P as new layer onto canvas
Selections- invert- delete. select none, remove original layer

Select med grey rectangle, selections- all- float- defloat
Resize paper 5 to 40% C/P as new layer onto canvas
Selections- invert- delete. select none, remove original layer
I did this twice to fill in both spots i wanted the flowers to be smaller
than they would be if the paper was bigger.

Resize element 13 to 65%, C/P as new layer onto canvas
we're using this for a tube, or you can use a real one
Place off to the right side, now add drop shadow of choice

Select raster 2, black paper inside your frame
Selections- all- float- defloat, mirror element 13
then C/P as new layer, drag down where you can see her face
selections- invert- delete. select none, change blend mode
overlay, Adjust- hue&sat- colorize, saturation set at 0

Then i applied radiance, settings: 128, 50, 128, 112

Selecting your frame, selections- modify- expand by 3
add a new raster layer, flood fill white. drag below frame
i then added noise settings: uniform, 77% noise, monochrome
then drop shadow settings: 0, 0 , 54, 7, color black, OK

Now go back to your paper layers an add gradient glow
You can use the noise and drop shadow settings for these

Hide all layers and merge the last bar layers. selections-
all- float- defloat. add a new raster layer, flood fill #fc4fb4
add a new raster layer again and flood fill #b8cd34

Now using your eraser tool starting at top, erase the left side
of the green so it's pink. leave the other side green. now go to the bottom
right side erase the green off so the pink shows through. Now select
your pink layer and on the opposite sides erase the pink behind the green
that way you don't see anything below it. hide all layers but flood fills

Merge your flood fills, now apply xero - fritillary
settings: 5, 30, 10, 14 click OK apply twice.
add your gradient glow around these, using white
Unhide all of your layers, add noise to the dots & dotted line

Elements i used and the resized %
Element 7- 35%
Element 8- 30%
Element 23- 30%
Element 17- 40%
Element 26- 50%
Element 25- 20%
Element 12- 25%
Element 19- 60%
Element 30- 15%

I placed element 17 in the middle of the frame
then i changed blende mode to multiply

Now since you have them all resized place where
you want. Or use my tag as a guide

Using your text tool type out "sugar sweetie"
font i used was VanessaLovesYou
Use the colors from the tag color codes are
Pink- #f648a9, Green- #c2fd6b

Merge tag, radiance settings: 128, 50, 128, 46
Duplicate tag, add mosiac antique to the original layer
Or you can just add a mask, i just like this effect

Add your copyrights, your name save as a PNG
You're done!

Thanks for trying my tutorial.
Now lets see those results.
