Ptu - Zombie Princess

This tutorial was written in PSP 9 and can be used with any other version. I assume that you have a working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies Needed:
Tube of choice/close up


Paid Scrap kit by Toxic Desirez
"Zombie Princess" Purchase at Skullified Scrapz


Font of choice

Temp205 by Kristin


Plugins Optional:
red paw media - beautifier
dsb flux - spider web
penta.com - jeans
penta.com - color dot



Tutorial shortcut index:
"Delete" on your keyboard under Insert.
"C/P" copy and paste as new layer.
Remove "O/L" Remove original layer.
"D/S" Drop shadow located in 3D effects.
"R/S" Resize layer located in Image.
New "R/L" Raster layer, in Layers.
"outer glow" Gradient glow from eye candy
Or my method on my blog under "How to dos"

Good D/S settings:
0, 0, 57, 6, color black

Good add noise settings:
Uniform- 70-90 % noise monochrome
Random- 10-34% noise monochrome

Open template R/S to 85%, canvas size 640x600
remove copyrights, and raster 11

Select raster7, selections- all- float- defloat, open paper3, R/S 80%
C/P onto canvas, selections- invert, delete. select none, remove O/L
Add an outer glow, add noise then drop shadow of choice

Select copyraster7, selections- all- float- defloat, open paper3, 
C/P onto canvas, selections- invert, delete. select none, remove O/L
Add an outer glow, add noise then drop shadow of choice

Select raster8, selections- all- float- defloat, open paper5, R/S 80%
C/P onto canvas, selections- invert, delete. select none, remove O/L
Add an outer glow, add noise then drop shadow of choice

Select raster6, selections- all- float- defloat, open paper7, R/S 80%
C/P onto canvas, selections- invert, delete. select none, remove O/L
Add an outer glow, add noise then drop shadow of choice

Select copyraster6, selections- all- float- defloat, open paper7, 
C/P onto canvas, selections- invert, delete. select none, remove O/L
Add an outer glow, add noise then drop shadow of choice

Select raster2, selections- all- float- defloat, open paper1, R/S 80%
C/P onto canvas, selections- invert, delete. select none, remove O/L
Add an outer glow, add noise then drop shadow of choice

Select raster9, selections- all- float- defloat, open paper4, R/S 80%
C/P onto canvas, selections- invert, delete. select none, remove O/L
Add an outer glow, add noise then drop shadow of choice

Select copyraster9, selections- all- float- defloat, open paper4,
C/P onto canvas, selections- invert, delete. select none, remove O/L
Add an outer glow, add noise then drop shadow of choice

Select raster5, selections- all- float- defloat, open new R/L
Flood fill color of choice, selections- none, remove O/L
Add an outer glow, add noise then drop shadow of choice

Select copyraster5, selections- all- float- defloat, open new R/L
Flood fill color of choice, selections- none, remove O/L
Add an outer glow, add noise then drop shadow of choice
Use any plugins you want of this, i choose color dot

And then on raster 10 i applied jeans and bevel plugin
settings of choice of these two layers

Select copyraster1, selections- all- float- defloat, open close up tube
C/P onto canvas, selections- invert, delete. select none, remove O/L
turn tube greyscale, blend mode: screen. i made the tube darker 
by brightness/contrast: brightness -31, contrast 19. Apply
I then applied dsb flux - spider web settings below



Open up your main tube, R/S place in the center. 
i added outer glow. add noise then a D/S


Now it's element time


Elements i used and the resized %
Using this drop shadow: 0, 0, 50, 5, color black
Spider Web 50%
Wordart(circle) - 80%
Cupcake - 30%
Hand - 25%
Finger - 25%
Eye - 20%
Candle - 40%
Bat - 25%
Zombies sign - 30%
Barrel - 30%
Skulls - 30%
Sparkles - 80%


place elements where you want, or use my tag as a guide.
After i merged my tag i added red paw media beautifier plugin
settings: 50, 75, 30, 100. or use your own settings

Add your, copyrights, your name save as a PNG
You're done!
