I used the artwork of Freya Langford-Sidebottom
Exclusive tube by smiley creations Here
Find Freya's artwork Here
-----------------------

Open element45, R/S to 80% image- canvas size 600x600
Using magic wand click inside frame, selections- modify- expand
by 9. open close up tube of choice, C/P onto your canvas, selections-
invert- delete. select none. drag below your frame layer.

Clicking the inside of your frame again, this time C/P paper 1, R/S to 60%
selections- invert- delete. select none. drag below frame and tube layer

I did this step once more and i put in close up tube again, filled it, then
changed blend mode to screen, on my paper layer i changed brightness/contrast
B -6, C 8, then i applied i slight radiance on my tube, and scan lines on tube layer

Make sure you merge your paper with your tubes layer (not main tube)
Once you do this. duplicate apply xenofex 2 - constellation, settings of choice
make sure on your duplicated layer to click "make selection transparent"

I applied moodlight to my main tube, everything default but original
color settings should be set to 115. or choose your own settings
then i applied i slight radiance, settings of choice

On my frame layer, i applied outer glow, added noise then D/S

Now it's element time
