This tutorial was written in PSP 9 and can be used with any other version. I assume that you have a working knowledge of PSP.

Tutorial shortcut index:
"Delete" on your keyboard under Insert.
"C/P" copy and paste as new layer.
Remove "O/L" Remove original layer.
"D/S" Drop shadow located in 3D effects.
"R/S" Resize layer located in Image.
New "R/L" Raster layer, in Layers.
"outer glow" Gradient glow from eye candy

Good D/S settings:
0, 0, 57, 6, color black
Good add noise settings:
Uniform- 70-90 % noise monochrome
Random- 10-34% noise monochrome

Open element11, R/S to 90% canvas 600x600
Using freehand selection, point to point, mode add
click around your frame, but on the frame
Open paper7, R/S to 50% adjust- brightness-contrast-
brightness.contrast, right -21, contrast set at 19, apply twice
C/P as new layer, selections invert, delete, select none drag below frame
Select paper layer, selections all float defloat open close up tube of choice
C/P as new layer, selections invert, delete, select none. drag below frame
i changed blend mode to overlay, turned tube greyscale, added radiance
I then applied bright/contrast same settings as you used above
Open main tube, R/S place in the center, kinda off to the right
Note: I placed my elements around my tube
Now it's element time

Using this drop shadow: 0, 0, 51, 4, color black
Element9 - 80%
Element20 - 50%
Element79 - 30%
Element28 - 25%
Element29 - 25%
Element18 - 20%
Element6 - 25%

Add mask (i then duplicated then added constellation)
