Apply a bevel or glass effect, apply outer glow add noise D/S
Layers - add new raster layer, Drag below your buttons
Using your paint brush start painting on your color of choice
Make sure you are only painting on your new raster layer

Now open your music and party font and type out Y
Make sure it's upper case other wise it will be something else

Convert to raster layer, move down to the left corner of your buttons
Duplicate and mirror, and it should match perfectly with the other

I closed all layers and merged these together - then unhide them all
Now duplicate the merged layer and stack them on top

I put different colors inside the squares and placed the tube inside some
