The tube i used can be found Here
-----------------------

Image canvas size 620x620
Open grass R/S to 80% C/P onto canvas
Using deform tool make alittle smaller
Duplicate grass a few times, mirror them until you
get a patch of grass/hills you're content with

Open frame2 R/S to 50% C/P onto canvas
Deform tool again this time swirl up to the left alittle

Open paper8 R/S to 60% - Magic wand select
click inside frame - selections modify - expand by 5
C/P paper onto canvas, selections invert - delete. select none

Open tube of choice R/S to 70% C/P onto canvas
Drag behind your grass layer, but above star frame

Apply radiance: 128, 50, 128, 39 of setting of choice

Open wordart R/S to 60% C/P onto canvas
Duplicate a few times and place behind all the layers
each time you duplicate player it lower than the last

Open ribbon - flip and mirror now R/S to 50%
C/P onto canvas, drag below all layers off to the left side

Back to your tube, reopen it R/S to 60%
Duplicate tube on top layer turn greyscale
Adjust- hue/sat- colorize.  saturation dial at 0

Zoom in on your greyscale layer erase her eyes
so the color from below shows through. merge layer
Select magic wand, click inside star frame selections-modify
expand by 5. Back to your tube C/P onto canvas, using your
move tool, drag your tube inside the frame drag under if you need to
selections- invert- delete, select none. apply drop shadow

Once i got my tube inside the frame i went in and i selected
around her hair made it smooth and erased the cat from her hair
This is optional. i just wanted to take that part off

Now it's element time

I applied beautifier to the whole tag, setting of choice
I used background 2, blurred it alittle then sharpen
Duplicated the mask layer and flipped the opposite color
