I used the artwork of Elias Chatzoudis
You can find his artwork Here and Here
Tube  i used can be found HERE
Alot of his older tubes are now at CDO
But this tube was bought while he was with MPT
-----------------------

Open Template then canvas size set to 620x620
Remove CR, Star (layer7), BG, and rearrange the wordart

Open bunting2 R/S to 75% C/P onto canvas drag to the bottom
place it on top of the bottom of layer 3. duplicate and flip to the top

Open tube C/P onto canvas, place in the center, erasing parts of tube
So it looks like her legs are behind the bunting. apply slight drop shadow

Select layer4, selection all float defloat - open paper21
R/S to % C/P on canvas, selections - invert - delete, select none.
remove O/L, apply outer glow  then drop shadow

Select layer 5, selections all float defloat - add new raster layer
flood fill color of choice, i used green from the kit #b2cf36
Remove original layer. I put close up tube inside blend mode
to overlay. i also added slight radiance and turned tube greyscale

On the green colored layer (or which ever color you choose)
Apply Neology - psychoderma settings: top 13, bottom 19
Drag this layer above your tubes, turn greyscale
Now change blend mode to softlight. and sharpen once
I hide all layers but this layer+tubes. merge, now apply outerglow
add noise, then apply drop shadow. Unhide all layers

Select layer1, selection all float defloat - open paper10
R/S to 60% C/P on canvas, selections - invert - delete, select none.
remove O/L, apply outer glow  then drop shadow

Select layer2, selection all float defloat - open paper10
C/P on canvas, selections - invert - delete, select none.
remove O/L, apply outer glow  then drop shadow

Select layer3, selection all float defloat - open paper17
R/S to 60% C/P on canvas, selections - invert - delete, select none.
remove O/L, apply outer glow  then drop shadow

Select layer6, selection all float defloat - open paper 11
