Ftu - Santa Express

This tutorial was written in PSP 9 and can be used with any other version. I assume that you have a working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies Needed:

Tube of choice/close up

Free Scrap kit by Melissaz Creationz

"Santa Express" Grab HERE

Font of choice

Miss Lankfort

Plugins Optional:

red paw media - beautifier

Xero - Radiance

Tutorial shortcut index:

"Delete" on your keyboard under Insert.

"C/P" copy and paste as new layer.

Remove "O/L" Remove original layer.

"D/S" Drop shadow located in 3D effects.

"R/S" Resize layer located in Image.

New "R/L" Raster layer, in Layers.

"outer glow" Gradient glow from eye candy

Or my method on my blog under "How to dos"

Good D/S settings:

0, 0, 57, 6, color black

Good add noise settings:

Uniform- 70-90 % noise monochrome

Random- 10-34% noise monochrome

Open ele 15, R/S to 60% canvas size 650x650

Duplicate this 4 times and make a frame out of it - merge

Open ele15 R/S to 50% C/P onto canvas drag on the top right

Duplicate mirror so it's now on the top left hand side

Click inbside your frame, selections - modify - expand by 20

Open paper 3 R/S to 60% C/P onto canvas, selections - invert

delete, select none. drag below your frame layer, apply D/S on frame

Open ele3 R/S to 40% C/P onto your canvas drag to left corner D/S

Open ele2 R/S to 35% C/P onto canvas drag to left corner behind snowman D/S

Open ele10 R/S to 50% C/P onto canvas drag to right hand side D/S

Open ele1 R/S to 30% C/P onto canvas drag to right hand side D/S

Open ele18 R/S to 60% C/P onto canvas drag to bottom under all but reindeer D/S

Open ele9 R/S to 25% C/P onto canvas drag to the bottom right side D/S

Open ele1 R/S to 25% C/P onto canvas drag to left side by snowman D/S

Open ele12 R/S to 25% C/P onto canvas drag on top showman as if he's holding it D/S

Open ele19 R/S to 50% C/P onto canvas drag near the top red flower

duplicate and mirror to the other side, apply drop shadow on both

Now open your tube R/S if needed. apply outer glow - add noise D/S

Radiance on tube settings of choice.  Went back in select your paper layer 

Add close up of choice, blend mode: hard light. turn tube greyscale

place elements where you want, or use my tag as a guide.

Apply your copyrights,  add your name save as a PNG

I applied beautifier to the whole tag, setting of choice

You're done!
