Ptu - Sweet Jacqueline

This tutorial was written in PSP 9 and can be used with any other version. I assume that you have a working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies Needed:
Tube of choice/close up


Paid Scrap kit by Tag Cats Designs
"Jacquelin" Purchase at Scrap N Company


Font of choice
Buttercup 

Mask by Vix
BigMask018 Here
(3rd mask down)

Plugins Optional:
Redpaw media - beautifier
Mura's Meister - cloud
Xenofex 2 - constellation
xero - radiance



Tutorial shortcut index:
"Delete" on your keyboard under Insert.
"C/P" copy and paste as new layer.
Remove "O/L" Remove original layer.
"D/S" Drop shadow located in 3D effects.
"R/S" Resize layer located in Image.
New "R/L" Raster layer, in Layers.
"outer glow" Gradient glow from eye candy
Or my method on my blog under "How to dos"

Good D/S settings:
0, 0, 57, 6, color black

Good add noise settings:
Uniform- 70-90 % noise monochrome
Random- 10-34% noise monochrome

Open ele40 R/S to 80% canvas size 650x650
drag window to the left then Duplicate window - mirror D/S

Use your selection tool to trace around the window sill
Open paper2 R/S to 80% C/P onto canvas, selections - invert
delete, select none. drag below both window frames 

Select your paper again selections all float defloat
apply MM - Cloud - default settings just change colors to black/purple
While layer still selected, duplicate change blend mode to dodge
On duplicate layer duplicate once more so it brightens more

Open tube R/S to 40% C/P onto canvas apply D/S
Crop off the rest of the tube near the bottom

Open ele23 C/P onto canvas drag under windows drag inside windows
where you'd like. D/S duplicate mirror buildings again drag inside 
where you'd like Using eraser tool erase the edges sticking out



Now it's time for more elements


Elements i used and the resized %
Using this drop shadow: 0, 0, 60, 5, color black
ELEMENT18 - 80%
ELEMENT28 - 60%
ELEMENT7 - 40%
ELEMENT10 - 30%
ELEMENT12 - 25%
ELEMENT8 - 60%
ELEMENT47 - 30%
ELEMENT36 - 50%
ELEMENT51 - 30%
ELEMENT48 - 30%
ELEMENT30 - 15%
ELEMENT43 - 30%
ELEMENT26 - 12%



Using your paint tool on a new layer paint a
line that is kinda curvy on either sides of your window
apply constellation settings of choice, make selection transparent


place elements where you want, or use my tag as a guide.
Apply your mask, copyrights,  add your name save as a PNG
I applied beautifier to the whole tag, settings of choice
I used paper1 for my mask - dodge to lighten it up
