Angel Eyes ~ PTU

 

 

 

This tutorial was written in PSP 9 and can be used with any other version. I assume that you have a working knowledge of PSP.

*The mask is black so you can't see it but it's there, lol*

*easy tutorial*

 

 

 

Let's open up your frame, resize by 80% image> canvas size set at 600x600, add noise to your frame, now select your magic wand click on the inside of the frame, selections> modify> expand by 10. copy and paste paper or add a new raster layer and flood fill color. I used black. selections none. drag below your frame. while your black layer is highlight selections all> float> defloat copy and paste your tubes of choice inside the frame. i like to do mulitply tubes at once, drag to where you'd like them at. invert>delete on each tube layer. drag them below the frame. mess with your opacity, i then added porcelain settings of choice, i then added color dot also settings of choice.

 

 

 

Close out of your frame layer and merge your tubes and black (or paper) together. unhide your frame. while your tube layer is selected, Now go to your Effects in your PSP. illumination effects then sunburst, use settings of choice. Now it's time for the fun part, adding your main tube, and your elements i used the feathers, cloud, silver star, white rose, white flower with clear bead in the center. the swirl. Place your tube where you want it to be. i added radiance then poreclain then radiance again. not a very strong effect on either of them though. i then added drop shadow.

 

 

 

Resizing the elements down, place them where you want them to go, or use my tag for a guide. while my main tube is selected using my free hand selection and i followed around the top of her wings and i added my constellation there, and on the silver star. i also added some to my msk layer as well.

 

 

now add your mask, add your copyrights, add your name and save as a png and you’re done! i also added radiance to the whole tag this is optional
